Shipping Policy

This policy explains delivery availability, processing, tracking, customs, and what to do if an order is delayed, damaged, missing, or delivered incorrectly.

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Order-specific information controls. The delivery methods, charges, estimated delivery period, delivery destination, and any duties collected at checkout for your order are the most current terms for that order. If they conflict with a general statement on this page, the checkout information controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.

1. Delivery availability and address eligibility

We provide delivery options based on the product, supplier or fulfilment location, destination, carrier coverage, import restrictions, and operational capacity. Some products or destinations may not be available. We may decline or cancel an order if the address is incomplete, unserviceable, subject to legal restrictions, appears to be a freight-forwarding or restricted address, or cannot be verified. You must provide a complete and accurate address, contact number, and any information reasonably needed for delivery or customs clearance.

2. Processing and estimated delivery times

Processing begins after payment authorisation and any required order or fraud review. Processing and transit times vary by stock status, product type, supplier, fulfilment location, carrier service, destination, and customs requirements. Any date or timeframe shown is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery commitment, unless we expressly state otherwise. Carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, security checks, customs inspections, and events outside reasonable control may delay delivery.

3. Dispatch, tracking, and delivery attempts

  • When tracking is available, we will send the tracking reference or make it available through the email address or account used for the order.
  • You are responsible for monitoring delivery communications, ensuring an authorised person can accept delivery where required, and following carrier collection or redelivery instructions.
  • For security, certain orders may require signature, identification, or additional verification at delivery. We may not be able to redirect an order after dispatch.
  • If a carrier reports an unsuccessful delivery, refused parcel, uncollected parcel, or inaccurate address, we may contact you for instructions. Additional shipping, storage, return, or redelivery costs may apply where permitted by law.

4. Customs, taxes, duties, and import compliance

Cross-border shipments may be subject to destination-country duties, taxes, import permits, customs declarations, clearance fees, and product restrictions. The recipient is the importer of record unless we state otherwise at checkout and is responsible for compliance with local import rules. Where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, the carrier or authority may collect them from the recipient. We are not responsible for delay, refusal, seizure, disposal, or extra cost caused by a recipient's failure to meet import, customs, or local-law requirements.

5. Lost, damaged, incorrect, or delayed items

Please inspect deliveries promptly. If an order is missing, materially delayed, damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@malatrading.com with the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where relevant. Keep the packaging and item until we provide instructions. We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange an available remedy under our Returns and Cancellation & Refund policies and applicable law.

6. Transfer of risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers according to applicable law and the delivery terms for the order. Where mandatory consumer law applies, it may provide that risk remains with the seller until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession of the goods. Nothing in this policy limits such mandatory rights.
